Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill Dixon Rd

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor, especially from the manager who was very rude. I would not recommend coming here again. I had to wait an hour for my food, even though the restaurant was not busy. They also got my order wrong. Additionally, I had to pay $131 for two very small steaks.

This restaurant is a pleasant spot with decent food and drinks. However, there is room for improvement in the service department. During busy times, expect to wait a while for someone to come take your order.

The wings were great, the texture and taste were really good. The Nashville burger unfortunately was not better than fast food variations of a Nashville burger yet cost over $20 bucks. Overall the food was a 3/5 but the value was a 1/5.

I went to this restaurant for a business meeting. The music was a bit loud, even after we asked them to lower the volume. However, the food was delicious and arrived quickly. I was very impressed with the fast service. The waitress was knowledgeable and helped us make good choices. The beer was also enjoyable.

As someone who has raised cattle, I can confidently say that this is the best steak I?ve had in years; Keyra is an AMAZING chef, and the bartender (Romina) has got to be the friendliest and hardest working bartender I?ve ever had the honor of being servedby.
