Tim Hortons - Etobicoke

So many of the things on the menu are not available. And They Never get your order right. Been here many times and there is always something missing. Asked for 2 combos. At the end of my order I added a croissant and they decided to make part of one of my combos. I have Never heard of this. Was expecting wedges with my sons combo of tiny chicken strips . The lady yelled and then went to the back room. This is the worst Tims in town .

No ice cap? umm just waits for the ice cap from 2 weeks. Everything's good.

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. This place is out of my way but will be returning as the order was correct, well done and asked my if I would like to use my Time Hortons card and other cards that they accept. I walked out with half my order and she had it waiting for me saying 'I knew you would return ' . She made my day. I wish ALL TIM HORTONS WERE THE SAME!!!!! 10 out of 10 great service and food well done!

The bathroom was so bad I refused to let my fiance use it

Ordered a four cheese bagel with cream cheese toasted with bacon. I had asked the lady if she could make my bacon a little extra crispy. By far one of the best bagels I've had in the Tim Horton franchises was right here. Thank you for the good service.
