Best home made fresh food in the west end. You must try the veal sandwich is the best. 100% recommended.

You can tell the difference about a restaurant from the ownership and staff. In this case they are both the same. Son and Mamma cook in the back. Wife/daughter-in law waits on tables. Interesting note about this restaurant are the hours. Unlike most other restaurants, Remo's Place is closed Saturday and Sunday. You know why?? My guess is that the owners are not in the business to become rich. They are in the business to create good, home cooked meals at a reasonable price during the week and then spend the weekends with their families. You gotta love this attitude. Oh, by the way, Karaoke on Friday nights is a great way to wind down the week.

If you are looking for a great home cooked meal then you must visit Remo's place! My favourites are the pizza, lasagna, gnocchi and chicken parmigiana but my friends have said it's all good. A small restaurant/bar in Rexdale that is owned and run by family members. Karaoke every Friday night too and always packed with regulars.

A nice little Italian restaurant tucked away in an out of the way part of the city. I have been a patron for years, and this place never disappoints. I have tried the pizza, veal, and pasta, and, most recently, the charcuterie; each of these has had an authentic, home cooked character always served by pleasant staff. The menu is unique, and thankfully avoids the emphasis of many other establishments which only do burgers, wings, nachos and fries. Most recently, there was live music. I love the hat, brother!

This is a small cozy restaurant and bar a hidden gem in the Rexdale/Kipling area. I went there with some friends, great Italian food, and the service was excellent. A very friendly atmosphere, where everybody knows each other by their first names. The live entertainment was perfect for eating dinner. I certainly will be back
