Pulcinella (toronto) Ristorante Wine Bar (established 2010)

Was here for a private event, but the food was maybe the best Italian food I ever had. Staff was very nice and took care of the party, and overall it was a great night! Will be back soon for sure!

Food was ok service was terrible. We were a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids), ordered quickly and waited 2HOURS for our dinner to arrive. The waiter apologized 3 times for the wait and after 1.5 hours told us our food was a priority for the kitchen. Uhhh...bit late to prioritize it....Meanwhile many other customers came and went. When we finally paid the more than $400 bill, the waiter complained that we had tipped 12% instead of 15% (still more than $40 tip) and seemed surprised that the slow service impacted the tip. It was our first time at this restaurant. We won 't be back.

We were a party of 6, and we made a reservation in advance; highly recommend as this ristorante is busy! Apulia salad was wonderful with stacked presentation. All pastas and risotto at the table were thoroughly enjoyable. The veal marsala was really tasty, as were the veg and potato that accompanied! Cooked just right. Good portion sizes. Desserts were nicely presented and good. Tiramisu a bit dry. Would definitely recommend and will return. Good parking on Lakeshore and side streets. Use GPS to get there as lots of twists and turns near Brown's Line.
