I am a longtime customer of Pazzia. Both the service and food are topnotch. Franco, the host is always willing to chat and he truly cares that you have a great experience.Chef Vittorio can cook everything pasta, pizza, fish he does it all well! The desserts are delicious too.It's definitely worth the drive from downtown Toronto since it's in the West end of the city

On The Queensway, among many other good Italian restaurants, Pazzia Osteria stands out as a personal favourite. Family owned and run it is always a good choice for homemade cooking. We have yet to have a poor meal. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic because it is a small venue and a bit cramped, but that atmosphere is lovely for getting to know your neighbours. We would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food at reasonable prices and a good time to be had by all

I made a reservation for two for New Years Eve via Open Table. I arrive at the establishment on time and as soon as I walk in the owner approaches me. No warm greetings. Just a I tried calling you. Ihe informed my boyfriend and I that he would need the table we were to be seated at back within an hour. Completely unacceptable. Never in my life have I experienced such service. I hadn't even been seated and I already felt rushed. He also made some underhanded remark about the younger generation because my boyfriend and I are in mid twenties. At this point I stopped listening. I was extremely disappointed as it was New Year's Eve and I was trying to give a local establishment my business and try something new. Won't be returning
