I was so disappointed with this panera, I felt not welcome, everyone table was dirty, I had to clean my table with water and napkings, food crumbs on the floor, a section is closed and chairs are left on the tables that sees place! eating was okay, never coming back. the photo does not make fairness for the depressing atmosphere.
I do not leave bad reviews in the rule, but the employees here must go through customer service training again. I entered and received no confirmation after I contacted the employees, only chat with employees. After waiting for her to be over one of the ladies, I ignored myself, so I ask if they accept at the moment (political) orders, and she just looks at me with a straight face and says: "we are currently busy." Maybe the kitchen was busy with commanding, but there was no one before ordering, but I myself. I would have asked myself to wait. the attitude and sat of the employee was very unnecessary and disrespectful.
Eating is always great, I love the Mac cheese, but the last paintings I visited, the service was terrible. especially my youngest visit just this week when the coworker packed my order, was very clear to her face and mouth touching before I gave myself my food (of course with her mask under her kinn). I understand that masks are no longer obligatory, but why do they have it if they don't wear it? the workers here seem like they just don't care about the job. only an excessively terrible service experience and vibe there.
Dropped by here with a friend for dinner. The food was expensive for what you got. I used to like this place, but not sure if I will be back. There were not many people here always a sign you need to heed.
Love Panera especially the squash soup with pumpkin seeds and Turkey bacon sandwich… orange scones. (And mmmm.. the breakfast soufflé/croissant-y things when breakfast hours return again).REQUEST: it would be soooooo nice if the squash soup was served year round (or at least I could still get it in January and other colder months). I would visit more in Q1 if the soup was available.
