I ordered takeout through a delivery app, so I can't comment on the dine-in service or atmosphere. I tried the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and the pork schnitzel as my main dish since it was on promotion in the app. The portions were more than enough for two people, and everything was seasoned just right. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the mushroom gravy complemented the schnitzel and mashed potatoes beautifully. My only suggestion would be to make the schnitzel a bit thinner. My meal arrived well-packaged and looked very appealing. I enjoyed every bite! Overall, it was an excellent meal! Thank you to the chef!

The manager is unfriendly and discourteous. Her interactions with the staff are astonishing! The atmosphere is much more pleasant when she is away on vacation! She lacks basic customer service skills yet still expects a 20% tip!

Absolutely incredible! We went out for a typical evening, and unexpectedly, it turned into one of the best nights we've had in the city in a long time! The atmosphere was fantastic, and we had a blast picking our favorite songs on the jukebox. The service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the beef teriyaki stir fry, and it was delicious! Thank you for the fun experience and great food!

Took my daughter here as a late Birthday dinner. She ordered the Banquet Burger which comes with a burger, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup and mustard. We asked for no onions and mustard. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which comes with steak, cheese, onions and mushrooms. Fries came with both orders.When my daughter got her burger it came with the burger, bacon, cheese and mayo. The lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup were missing but we were given mayo instead. I brought it to the waitresses attention and she took it back.My Philly Cheesesteak sandwich came with steak that was thinner than pkgd sandwich meat, cheese, onions and green peppers. I guess they ran out of mushrooms and substituted the green peppers. I was disappointed as I was craving mushrooms but I ate it. When my daughter's burger came back, it had the burger, cheese, bacon and ketchup. The burger was the circumference of a McDonald's hamburger, only thicker but still much smaller than the Banquet Burger at the Mississauga location.We will not be returning to this location again. I paid a lot of money for incomplete orders.
