Cook Out In Ga - esville

Lady that was at the register was rude. She stayed on her phone the entire time we were in the restaurant. She was not listening to her customers or smiling. If you are going to work hands on with the public then you need to at least be able to be polite and respectful to your customers. She even argued with a gentleman who reached across the counter to get his own drink because she walked off on her phone instead on helping him when he needed his drink to take some medication. This restaurant needs to reevaluate their employees.

Lowest I can go is 1 star, ever since the Oakwood Cookout temporarily closed and we’ve had to go to this Cookout we’ve had nothing but awful experiences. The food is almost never correct and the milkshakes are never blended properly. The staff is incredibly rude including the manager. My boyfriend went back through the drive thru because they gave him the wrong food and wrong milkshake and they gave HIM attitude claiming they never saw his order. We can NOT be more eager for Oakwood Cookout to open up again!

Didn’t get half the stuff I asked for got my burger wrong too ordered double burger got a single ordered 2 walking tacos and a blt didn’t get any of it don’t know if it’s the managers at places like this that just don’t care or what but damn man just want what i pay for

Love going to this restaurant!! A great variety of food and my favorite mix and match sides, like chicken sandwich with fried okra and corn dog and always add one of their 25 different flavors milk shake for desert. And with a low price that will never disappoints.

This is what they call a Big Double . A single patty ripped in half and stacked. And a half full container of slaw. I feel ripped off.
