Five Guys In Ga - Painesville

IDK. Front door locked at 1108 and they looked at us like we had horns coming out of our heads.

My burger was pink, and drowned in mayo,it was like drinking partially cooked meat I started patronizing this location when they first opened and patronized this location for many years….then stopped in the later years because the quality has went down, …..so thanks for the reminder as to why should stayed away

Garbage service, no one serves you, they take time, you can last 10 minutes in front of an employee and they will not speak to you. I know it's stressful to work at times, the staff are just rude.

Cold burger, nasty taste. I had to trash it. Too expensive for such nasty burger. 5 Guys is not the #1 burger place anymore. Very disappointing.

I am living in USA for last 30 years and never felt the urge of going to 5 guys. Finally I was brave to check the food. Ordered a veggie sandwich and regular French fries. Food is so bad, don’t even know to explain. Sandwich was like someone munched it before giving it to me and the French fries were fried in machine oil. They also dumped extra fries in the brown bag. They had a plan to make me sick. If you love yourself, 5 guys is not really the place for you.
