Wendy's - Estero

Hello everyone! I worked at your restaurant seven years ago, and I was very happy with my coworkers: Sonja, Richard, Mina, Molly, Patricia, Natali, Gonzalo, Maria, Jose, Teresa, and many others whom I met in that wonderful place. I miss you all very much and hope to return someday. A big hug to everyone!

I visited the restaurant today, but only the drive-thru was open. The burgers were hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm since they had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. The nuggets were similar. The management really needs to be more attentive to these issues; they should know better. There was no Coke available, and when I asked for Sprite, there were no problems with that. The girl at the drive-thru window provided excellent service and was very friendly. However, the guy who was handling the fries and nuggets didn’t add to the experience; using tempo food and not including the dipping sauce for the nuggets in the bag was disappointing. It seems important to double-check your order at this place.

The service was quick, and everything we ordered was accurate! However, the staff's attitude was a bit off-putting. When we visited, there were only four employees working, and the restaurant seemed to be out of food.

You can't go wrong with Wendy's 4 for $4 deal or the Biggie Bag for $5. If you're looking for an affordable option during your lunch break, this is the place to be. Just keep in mind that if there's a line, the drive-thru may take a little while.

Wendy's chili and burgers are the best. When the owner spoke years ago and read his book. He took a giant in the industry and won. Don't have to drive far to enjoy Wendy's.
