I visit this 7-Eleven frequently and always have a great experience with their customer service. However, I would appreciate it if they accepted Apple Pay.

The cashier needs to improve her customer service skills or there may be a deeper issue at play. My daughter, who is Black, visited the restaurant around 9 PM and wanted nachos, but the chili or cheese needed to be replaced. With 30 years of experience in customer service, I know that replacing those items only takes about 90 seconds. It was frustrating to see her stand in the corner while seven white customers were served before her. The cashier should have acknowledged my daughter's wait and apologized, then promptly addressed her order while continuing to assist the other customers. I will be returning to ensure this matter is addressed, and if it happens again, I will document it and share it publicly.

New owner doesn't have any idea how to order keep the place clean or what it needs she's oblivious of what needs to be done or ordered
