Wendy's - Essex

The soda machine was incredibly dirty, leaving black spots all over my cup. The nozzle was covered in a thick layer of slime and dirt, making it difficult for the soda to flow. I brought it to their attention, but unfortunately, nothing was ever done about it. It's likely the same situation now.

Love to eat at wendy's the people who are working there are friendly and they try to get it done for you good job

The drive-thru was quite busy, but I didn't have to wait long, and my order was accurate.

If I could give it a zero. I would. Twice e I went there and twice I got no service. The first time I was completely ignored by the staff, they were too busy running their mouths. Second time supposedly the computers went down. Funny, the place was open and no notice given that this was the case. I will not return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone.

The food is consistently great, but it can be quite pricey! Meals tend to be expensive, so be prepared to spend at least $30 for two people. Only visit if you're okay with that!
