Still Smok'n Bbq - Essex

This is the best grill I've had around here! I went twice in one week. The brat sandwich was excellent. The next day, I had a pound of brisket and a pound of pulled pork. The brisket is far superior. You can add as much sauce as you like. I will definitely be back! The prices are low, but the quality is outstanding.

This is by far the best BBQ we've had in the Burlington area. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket are delicious, but our unexpected favorite is the sausage! The cornbread is perfect as well. Our favorite sides are the potato salad and the beans, which are some of my partner's top picks. Don’t overlook their sauces, especially the North Gold – it's fantastic! Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is excellent too. Thank you!

Full Review: A friend and I stumbled upon this place while out for a drive, and we could smell the delicious food before we even arrived—definitely a great first impression! When we ordered, Phil was incredibly helpful. We went for the 'All In' and tried their BBQ and hot sauce, all of which were fantastic. The only thing I wish I could have had was cornbread. I’ll definitely order it next time I’m in Burlington. I later called to place another order for the road, but found out they closed at 4:30! If you have the chance to visit this hidden gem, make sure you do—it’s a modern twist on great eats!
