Mr. Bill's Terrace Inn Crab House

The food was absolutely amazing! It arrived hot and fresh at our table. The wings were beautifully crispy and incredibly delicious. The crab dip was outstanding, and the East Ave egg rolls were fantastic as well. I really liked our waitress; she was a funny and sweet older lady, so genuine that it was almost surprising. I will definitely be returning!

I used to enjoy dining at Mr. Bill's because of their seafood, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered a half-dozen extra-large male crabs, which were priced at around $135-$140 per dozen, so I was fine with that. The crabs I received were hot and of decent size, and they tasted good. However, one crab had an unpleasant smell, so I asked the waitress if it could be replaced. She took it away, and I sensed a bit of attitude from her, but I tried to ignore it. The replacement crab she brought back was burnt! I’ve never encountered a burnt crab before, so I assumed the inside would be okay. When I opened it, I found it was so overcooked that the meat was hard to pull out. I left it on the plate and waited for my bill, only to discover an automatic 18% gratuity added. I typically don’t mind tipping 18%, but given the poor service and the burnt crab, I was hesitant. My total came to $90 for six crabs, of which five were decent, plus a Coke. I’m willing to pay for quality food, but the experience soured when I had to ask for a replacement. I doubt I’ll return after this experience. Never again!

I visited Mr.Bills?s yesterday for the first time. I was there for my sisters birthday. Everything we ordered was good. The seasoning on the crabs was delicious.All the food came out hot and fresh. I had the mussels in old bay and beef batter along with the chicken breast stuffed with crab meat DELICIOUS! I especially enjoyed how they had the chicken in pieces. Others in the group had the ribs, steak, crab cake, crab cake tacos, steamed shrimp. I will definitely be back to Mr.Bills.

My first time here and these are the best crabs I've had in a while! Will definitely be back. UPDATE... Every return visit has been amazing. Still the best tasting crabs around. ?

No pictures of the crabs? I apologize for that. However, let me tell you... I've been a loyal customer of Mr. Bills for over 10 years, and I've always been satisfied. The renovations are outstanding. The customer service is consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, and the crabs never disappoint. Every visit is a fantastic experience!
