The staff was rude and unhelpful, the building seemed outdated, and I experienced long wait times for even the simplest of orders.
On August 15, 2022, I ordered a coffee roll and ended up waiting for an hour. Unfortunately, the staff just threw it away without even bagging it up. The cashier didn’t check if I had ordered anything, and in the end, I left empty-handed, having paid for something I never received. It was a frustrating experience.
I love Dunkin. I go there too much. Everywhere I go in Massachusetts there's a Dunkin donuts. Honestly the coffee and donuts are usually mediocre. But the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin I get is pretty darn good. The edges are crispy andfatty on the sausage.
This is the worst dunkin' donuts i've been to, staff is extremely rude, can never get an order right, building is so outdated and small. this dunkin needs work done on it asap and needs new staff. onetime i ordered online and the lady giving me my itemsyelled at me for using mobile order to skip the line, she proceeded to tell me to never mobile order at this location again.they are so slow and will make others orders even if you have been in there for hours. i'm in shock because of how much thisstore has gone downhill.
