The service at this restaurant was terrible tonight, even the manager was unhelpful. Their customer service is very poor. The staff member had a bad attitude when we asked for an NHS discount, and when the manager was called over, they were also unhelpful and stated that the discount could only be used once per day. The manager, Betty, refused to give me the name of the staff member. This experience ruined my Sunday and was a waste of time. I will not be returning to this Nando's at Lakeside.
