The burger I had was cooked well, and a good burger. The fries that came with the burger however were cold and a bit greasy. At $20 before tip for a simple burger and fries it's overpriced. I'm not saying the price should compare to a fast food burger because their burgers are much better than fast food. I could understand $12-$15. Not $20. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Don’t let the interior fool you: this is a Williston hidden gem. Never that busy, and the food has never disappointed. The menu rotates often, having some eclectic seasonal choices. If you miss Duino Duende but don’t want the drunk college kid atmosphere, this is the place for you. Never seen anyone under 30 in this place, and the vibes could not be better. Service: Dine in

Our group tried the Thai street fries, the seasonal pumpkin and butternut squash soup, the Szechuan chicken sandwich, and the steak tacos. The steak tacos were delicious, the soup was perfect, and the Thai street fries were massive and our favorite dish of the night. The Szechuan chicken sandwich, however, had a unique flavor that didn't quite suit our tastes. That said, I don’t think this dish reflects the overall quality of the restaurant; everything else we tried was beautifully presented and very tasty. I'm currently craving those fries as I write this! I also wonder about the atmosphere. The open layout is nice, but I think Railroad Main could enhance the surroundings or dim the lighting a bit during dinner time to create a cozier feel. However, ambiance isn’t a dealbreaker for me, and I would absolutely return to this restaurant if I'm in the area because, in my opinion, the food is what truly matters! In summary: nearly everything we had was excellent, the service was great, maybe skip the Szechuan chicken sandwich (that’s the only dish we didn't love), and that’s about it! Overall, it’s a wonderful place!
