Dunkin' - Essex Junction

They get busy at times. Service ok but donuts seem to be getting smaller in size ????

I only order from here about once every 2-3 months, but yet in those times they always seem to miss something on my order. I 'll use the app and do a pickup in store. They leave it out which is great but then I 'll grab everything and they miss an item.Because it happened sorta regularly I even would ask is this order all good? They say yes, so no need to check, but then theyforgot something just like last time. It 's a hassle to call in to get a refund. Just get the orders right please.

This Dunkin Donuts always has great service and good food. There is a young lady who works there for a while and is very friendly and good at her job.

Good coffee but they failed on the cups, things leak so much

While the coffee is still a bit expensive, it is good. The sandwiches are also OK, which is a big improvement from their introduction years ago.
