Placed a mobile order about 30 minutes ago and waited inside for the order to be made, watching people go through the drive through. People were also placing orders and getting them. After a while we asked about our food and they said that they don’t have what we ordered. Is it so hard and ask the customer what they and to say something instead of us standing there watching them sweep up something that wasn’t in the way at all. Not impressed.
Parking: The parking isn’t difficult to find but it’s not ergonomically conducive to any sort of logic. It’s a problematic parking lot in general. As well as the drive thru. I prefer to just go in at this location. Be careful not to let anyone smash into you people are wild in this lot! lol
Worst experience ever had a dunkin donuts. The store was empty, but you could see that the staff was taken care of the drive through customers. We please start order, and patiently waited. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask what the status was on our order. They haven't even started yet. Unfortunately, we did not have another five minutes to wait. So we had to leave without an order or refund. Overall the incompetence of the staff was overwhelming.
Lady gave wrong amount of munchkins as well as not the ones we asked for. she also didn't give me the right change for my tropicana : when bro asked for coffee she didn't know what she was talking about.not going here again.she didn't give us the option for receipts so it is a good thing we paid with cash because we couldn't see how much we paid.
