McDonald's - Essex

I had the pleasure of being helped by Emily and she was incredibly helpful and kind! I know that working in the service industry can be tough, especially later in the day, so great job to all the staff at the restaurant!

This McDonald's location is definitely the best one. The food is always fresh and it's the cleanest one I've been to. We have visited many other locations, but we always bring up this one as our favorite.

Extremely poor customer service from all staff members, including management. I would go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. If you enjoy being interrupted while placing your order and being chastised by management for complaining about the service, then this is the place for you. Rating: 0/10.

Waited 30 minutes for a bagel. Never got a refund. Would not go back. No communication.

Manager here is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Instantly yelled at me for not hearing something right! Never coming here again!
