Przekaż informację zwrotnąL 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1.) mai junior had visited the new exhibition in 1914 in the zeche customs association with subsequent pizza dinner in the restaurant. the officina, which was discovered in the show in the land for the Ruhr area in Essen bredeney, is almost on the way and on the homepage I discovered my favorite pizza, two good reasons to reserve a table for 3 people shortly before the departure via opentable. the confirmation will be sent by email. we are on the time, the guest room in the ground floor is already very well visited, large tables and long benches without back rest, which really do not look very cozy. a young waiter welcomes us kindly, check out our reservation on the pc and sends us to the top floor, here takes us a less friendly older waiter at the reception and lets us choose between two already covered 4 tables in the middle of the guest room, fortunately we sit here on reasonable chairs with back rest. the menus are served, noticeable is immediately that they did not fully agree with the online version either from the offered food / drinks or from the trips. various other appetizers, meat and fish dishes around 25 € and desserts can also be found on a special card. our order: orangina 0.25 l to 2,90 €, pils 0.3 l to 3,40 € and a glass 0.2 l brezza rose to 6, € pizza margherita small to 5,50 € pizza vegetariana with grilled vegetables, zuccini, auberginen, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms to 11, € pizza salsiccia with cherry tomatoes and lardo di colonnata our waiter brings crispy and very fresh brot without dip or butter, but on the table there are fruity olive oil and Himalayan stone salt in the giant mill. delicious, I like so easy to start. our pizzas come after a reasonable waiting period and look really good, big and with very thin floor, the edge is good crispy and tastefully very good, they taste good olive oil and also not too much yeast used....then the first toss with food, great wonder, no fennel taste, nor more tosses give no warning. the pizza my mannes is quite unspectacular, but it is very satisfied, but the grill tastes very fade, I have no flavors. the floor is not really crispy here in the middle, only our son is completely satisfied today, at least something. our tellers are clear and we are very much questioned about our satisfaction. yes, it tasted, but I ask our waiter for this special salsiccia and note that I missed this typical fennel aroma. let's make ourselves the mass, and the heart turns on the heels and disappears with our tellers. isn't that different? I feel that the declaration is less than sufficient. we are not asked for more wishing, my empty weinglas was not noticed or ignored several times, a free table next to us was cleaned and re-covered immediately instead. No, we don't want to stay even further and ask for the bill, this comes very fast and the payment process is unproblematic, but also whole Word-Carg. unfortunately we are not passed on, our waiter will meet when the restaurant on the stairs with two weidens leave and ignore us completely. Maybe the salsiccia met him. the restaurant is located in the backyard in the building of a former room with adjoining beer garden. the decoration is quite minimalist, the tables with thick light wood sheet and dark steel tube frame as well as the dark wooden chairs on the first look seem somewhat unusual, but for me with the discreet table decoration nevertheless give a coherent overall picture. the walls are white lacquered, on the roof bevels you have large rectangular plates fixed at a distance from the wall and in the interspace installed various lighting means, well shaped indirect lighting always meets with me. I only feel the many pastel-colored felt flowers in the many hazelnuts under the deck somewhat superfluous, but here you obviously tried to conjure a bit premature decoration with relatiw little. another visit in the officina is not planned in the long term, because this was today too impersonal and very untied, possibly we will give the restaurant another chance at a certain time. I could observe that the younger waiters used a much more beautiful approach to their guests. also the prices are very ambitious for the offer.
1. May Junior had wished to visit the new exhibition in 1914 at the Zeche Zollverein with subsequent pizza dinner in the restaurant. The Officina, discovered in the Show Ins Land for the Ruhr area in Essen Bredeney, is almost on our way and on the homepage I discover my favorite pizza, two good reasons to reserve a table at 18.30 h for 3 people at short notice before departure via OpenTable. The confirmation will be sent by email immediately. We are on time, the guest room on the ground floor is already very well visited, large tables and long benches without backrest, which really does not look very cozy. A young waiter welcomes us kindly, check out our reservation on the PC and sends us to the upper floor, here takes us a less friendly older waiter and lets us choose between two already covered 4 tables in the middle of the guest room, fortunately we sit here on reasonable chairs with backrest. The menus are handed, noticeable is immediately that they are not entirely in line with the online version either from the offered food/drinks or from the prices. Various other appetizers, meat and fish dishes around €25 and desserts can also be found on a special card. Our order: Orangina 0.25 l to 2,90 €, Pils 0.3 l to 3,40 € and a glass 0.2 l Brezza Rose to 6, €. Pizza Margherita small to 5,50 € Pizza Vegetariana with barbecue vegetables, Zuccini, eggplants, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms to 11, € Pizza Salsiccia with cherry tomatoes and Lardo di Colonnata to 13,50 € The drinks are brought very quickly and well temperature-controlled, the wine comes in the bottle and is very unconventionally gifted at the table from the opposite side, well, place is sufficient here, so that could really go better. The fourth deck and superfluous glasses are not cleared. Our waiter brings crispy and very fresh bread without dip or butter, but on the table there is fruity olive oil and Himalayan stone salt in the Giant Mill. Delicious, I like so simple starters. Our pizzas come after a reasonable waiting time and look really good, big and with very thin soil, the edge is good crispy and tastefully very good, you taste good olive oil and also wasn't used too much yeast....then the first bites with lining, great wonder, no fennel taste, even further bites give no warning. Well, I lack this typical taste, otherwise the covering is very tasty, the sugo fruity, the bacon thinly cut up and not too salty, full-ripe cherry tomatoes make the pizza overall very juicy, only in the middle the floor becomes somewhat too soft. My husband's pizza is quite unspectacular, but it's quite satisfied, but the barbecue tastes very pale, I definitely lack a spice. The ground is not really crispy here in the middle, only our son is completely satisfied today, at least something. Our plates are cleared and we are very questioned about our satisfaction. Yes, it tasted, but I kindly ask our waiter about this special salsiccia and note that I missed this typical fennel aroma. Let us make ourselves, the mass, and the Lord turns on the heel and disappears with our plates. Isn't kind of different?? I feel the explanation is less than sufficient. We are not asked for further wishes, my empty wine glass has not been noticed or ignored several times, a free table next to us was instead cleaned immediately and re-covered. No, we don't want to stay even further and ask for the invoice, this comes very fast and the payment process takes place unproblematic but also quite word-carg. Unfortunately, we will not be passed, our waiter will meet us when leaving the restaurant on the stairs with two pastures and completely ignore us. Well, maybe the Salsiccia has hit him. The restaurant is hidden in the backyard in the building of a former carpentry with adjacent beer garden. The decor is rather minimalistic, the tables with thick light wood plate and dark steel tube frame as well as the dark wooden chairs at first glance seem somewhat unusual but for me with the discreet table decoration nevertheless give a coherent overall picture. The walls are painted white, on the roof bevels one has attached large rectangular panels at a distance from the wall and installed in the interspaces various lighting means, well managed indirect lighting always scores with me. I only feel the many pastel-colored felt flowers in the many hazelnuts under the ceiling somewhat superfluous, but here one has apparently tried to conjure some early decoration with relatively little effort. Another visit to the Officina is not planned in the long term, for this the service today was too impersonal and very untied, possibly we give the restaurant a new chance at some point. I was able to observe that the younger waiters used a much nicer approach to their guests. The prices are also quite ambitious for the bid.
The Officina is a hip Italian restaurant in Essen-Bredeney. They have a lot of space, 2 floors inside and a terrace outside if the weather allows. The...
