McDonald's - Espanola

We stopped for a quick bite to eat and were appalled by how dirty the interior of the restaurant was. Customers were eating and drinking on the floor, and the bathroom was equally disgusting. We decided to take our food elsewhere due to the uncleanliness of the place. Additionally, our food seemed either overcooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long.

Eating is their standard mcd tariff but I find that the service can range from fantastic to poor. I will pass through the passage, with no one in front of me, and the emoloyee will take LOOONGG-Pausen so I. to ask, are they still there? then when my order is taken, there is another LOONGGG-Pause before they get out. sometimes they will tell me which window, but it is not consistent.

I ordered 2 big lattes and was asked to wait for them. it lasted 15 minutes! unacceptable!

Food and service were in order, but we were told that we couldn't sit inside, because they were short workers and the tables couldn't sanitate, so we had to sit outside on the curb and eat breakfast.

While in line at the drive thru three female employees were outside. .talking loudly,yelling,and fooling around. Even if on a break they are still at their place of employment and should act a bit more professional.
