El Paragua Restaurant - Española

We Came in the other night and the food and service was great, the server was very out of the deserts were excellent I had the filled sopapilla with red chili and ground beef . we will go back on a regular bass.

Tacos. Tacos. This little walk was effortless and delicious. I heard great things about it and I was very happy. Had the chicken taco with guacamole and a burger.

Simply satisfactorily El Parasol is a growth of the neighboring fantasy restaurant. This is just a pendant set next to the beautiful trees, among which are some picnic tables. Chicken guacamole tacos are the speciality of the house. And I can see why. They were delicious. There are some other items in the menu, but who cares? I wouldn't want anything else with these tacos.

Chicken tacos and the salsa verde is the best meal in all New Mexico! If I were in the death cell, that would be my last meal!

More Good Food in Espanola. I guess the history of El Parasol is that a cook from El Paragua decided to go off on his own and opened up El Parasol next dppr. They both translate roughly to The Umbrella, and the two are very different. El Parasol is a shack, but the food is still high quality. Their best offerings are the carne guisada burrito, similar to the one from next door, and the chilaquiles, which you don't find much in northern New Mexico, but their version is hardy, uses beans, and is a good version of nachos.
