Customer service is wonderful. Staff is very knowledgeable on whats good. Unfortunately, most of the itens we would like to order was not available. We still had delicious alternate meal we enjoyed. Crab dip and sweet corn cake were delicious for our appetizers. I had the Thai chicken salad and husband had the beef tips with salmon and mashed potato. Then for dessert Mango lime cheesecake I didnt share with anybody because it was that good. Place is not too crowded but I highly recommend to make a reservation ahead for big groups.
Had the kindest and amazing server that attended us. Phenomenal meal with this sweet and delicious dessert. Hopefully the next time I come here Lemoncello Cheesecake isn't too overwhelming with it's sweetness for my folks. They were only able to eat a few bites before it was too much for them. Hope to come back again.
The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite go-to restaurant when I want reliable, consistent, and quality tasting food along with unrivaled service. As I've mentioned in my other ten or so Cheesecake Factory reviews, I typically opt for the cobb salad, which, even if not entirely up to par, is always better than most other salads I order elsewhere. In the case of this restaurant, my salad wasn't as I would have liked, but it was, as I've stated, still better than most. This particular Cheesecake Factory has way more ambiance than most. Located in Escondido, California, which adjoins San Diego, the weather here is spectacular. It allows this restaurant situated in the Westfield Shopping Center to have an extensive outdoor eating area to enjoy the weather, view, and fresh, clean air of Escondido while staying distanced from others during the pandemic. There is also a balcony, which is where we sat. I highly recommend you try and get the last table to the far end of the terrace when eating here; it's the best location throughout the restaurant, inside or out. On this particular day, the service was terrific; the bread, especially the black bread, was, as it always is, delicious. My wife's pasta was, in fact, better than my order on this day, so she threw me some shrimp and chicken to appease me. My cobb salad was good, not great, but we both thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, weather, and service from The Cheesecake Factory. RECOMMENDED: Highly SERVICE: Good to excellent PRICE: COVID: Practices strict pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient but limited. REASON/INTENT: Early daylight dinner
