La Takiza Escondido

This is truly the best Mexican food I've ever had, and that's no exaggeration! My wife, who is Mexican and was born and raised in Mexico, can confirm it. The food is absolutely heavenly, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, it does get quite warm inside during the summer since there's no air conditioning. If you’re sensitive to the heat, I suggest ordering takeout. They serve the most delicious flan, tacos, and a wide variety of other dishes. Would highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, the food was subpar, and the staff was unprofessional. The cashier was particularly arrogant, and the waitress made the experience even worse. I won’t be returning.

I had a feeling this place was going to be great when I noticed I was the only white guy in a packed venue, resembling a busy Costco food court. The food was outstanding, and the portions were massive!

Ate after shopping at Northgate had a mulita it was like a big quesadilla simple ingredients with full flavor I use one to full my belly and eat better when I need surf vibe thank you for serving me may I be coming back soon for more tasty Mexican food

It's a good place, they make good food, the tripe tacos are my favorites and the micheladas, I recommend it.
