Renegades - Escalante

Literally the worst restaurant meal I've ever had. Chicken strips in the chicken fajitas looked four days old and were super dry. Nothing came out sizzling. Refried beans were crusty like they'd been reheated from a week previous. Chips weren't fresh. Salsa tasted weird. Never going back. Stick with Circle D Eatery or Nemo's.

I think that yelp may be a bit one sided. I am the server in this review, normally I would not even be on the floor, but that has nothing to do with this review. The couple were great genuine people, and a pleasure to meet. I did nothing out of the ordinary from my full time serving days. I am very disappointed with this app because it rejected posting that review because it was to good. Good customer service and good food is apparently a no-no for yelp. Breakfast was very good, though coffee was only okay, and only non-dairy creamer stuff instead of real half-and-half. Holley was our waitress both times, and she was the best of the best--helpful, attentive, knowledgeable about the town and the area, and just a pleasure to talk with. The restaurant room is new-looking, clean, and comfortable, and it has a raw charm that fits this rough-hewn town well

This was a wonderful place with a great dinner menu from sandwiches and burgers to more pricey entrees. Great live music started around 6:30 pm the night we were there. Quick service to by Diane!
