For the main law, calves were served, but unfortunately it was one of the two pieces, which two out of the four eating had, cool and senet. The Dessert was delicious, BUT then there was the price of water. It cost DKK 25 for normal water per person. It might have been reasonable if we had not ordered wine, beer and soda for our meal, but we had. I think it is unreasonable to pay DKK 100 for water.
We were 2!. They have a sample menu which my husband ordered Just 1 ...and I ordered a la carte! with wine and bubbles and we received a surprise with the bill! So at the end if the 2 people don 't order th same sample menu , they charged every thing separate of the sample menu separate!!!. Dinner cost us a fortune and the food was well presented but not amazing except but oysters..they were superb! Also, we pay in addition 4 different wines...one pack of 2 glasses of wine again was recommend as a pairing for the special menu and just 1 wine was really good the Rivera del Duero..not the white one. Octopus overcooked and with a lot of paprika and very dry. Meat was good. It is a shame; because the location is amazing and the service was good. P.S. no English or other language menu and the serveur didn 't explain a lot..thanks Google translator!
What a fantastic experience. Tastefully dishes served with experimental details and beautiful arranged on the plate. The atmosphere in the restaurant and hotel is modern but still giving the feeling of old days.
We had booked a table already several months before the birthday of my wife. We stayed also for three night in the attached hotel. Unfortunately management is pretty incompetent and made reservation for a table for two instead of a table for three. Thus, when we arrived, no table was available... We had dinner on the balcony looking at a fabulous setting. Although it is a hotel restaurant, it has a distinctive decor. I chose a steak and my wife a fish dish. The food was well cooked and the service was friendly Really enjoyed
