Roedhaette - Esbjerg

Sunday evening, only 3 tables occupied. When we walked in, no-body came to welcome us. After searching for personnel we where pointed to a table... Food was good, no complains. At 19.30 we where finished with our main course, so 2 of us went out for a quick smoke. Told our friends when the waiter comes, we like to have coffee etc.... Returning from the healthy smoke, we got told that the kitchen was closed.... at 19.30.... seriously???? Not even a coffee at 19.30 after our dinner? Ridiculous.... Paid for the food, no tip, as the service is really poor! Not coming back... sad for such a location!

It is one of the few places along the west coast where you can sit really close to the shore and enjoy the view of the ocean. Really nice little quiet place popular with the locals and fever tourists. We had their impressive cake serving and a nice coffee. Enjoy it on the terrace if the weather permits it.

Pity. super situated, but unfortunately only open on Saturday and Sunday from 11.00 to 16.00 clock.
