The delivery guy was really nice and friendly each time I've ordered. He greeted me and said thank you. It is hard to find a place with good customer service these days. The food arrived fast, fresh and delicious! The lumpia rolls were crispy with a sweet sauce on the side. Filipino sausage breakfast can on top of crispy rice, eggs and tomatoes. The Sizzling Sisig had the crunchy pork skin which I so love. The Singapore rice noodles had the right amount of curry. The Schewan Chicken and Black Pepper Beef reminded me of the great Chinese food I grew up eating. I can see myself being a regular customer here :
DO NOT COME HERE. ZERO STARS. Some of the world’s most incompetent workers work at this disgusting establishment. If you are a certain race, good luck getting any proper service. They will make you wait half an hour for a table. Another hour to get your disgusting food, and not one waiter will refill your water, or ask if everything is okay. Then you wait another hour to get the bowl of rice that comes with your food, which they sneakily charge you for on your bill (these people have no shame). Then you wait another hour to get the check. Total: 3.5 hours of hell. Finally, when you do pay in cash, your inept server will come running out into the parking lot yelling that you did not leave her a tip! BEWARE: WAITERS WILL HARASS PATRONS FOR NOT TIPPING OR LEAVING ENOUGH TIP. After you tell them that you did in fact tip them for their terrible service, the waiter will claim that you did not pay for the check. Apparently, the manager/boss allow for their waiters to come running out of the restaurant demanding a tip, since not one of them apologized. Overall, if you want a nightmare of an experience, accused of not paying, and being disrespected, then is the place for you.
Amazing old school Chinese spot. I go out of my way to eat here. Everything I have tried is delicious.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Chicken too slimy. Also the employees could use some customer service training. Some of them come off very rude.
We last went here on a Friday evening at 6 pm. It was not crowded, and we were seated immediately. Service was very good, and the food was excellent! I had hot sour soup, egg roll and teriyaki beef with white rice. My partner ordered orange chicken (not spicy). The food delivered was hot, fresh, and tasty. Prices were very reasonable (about $25 per person, including a generous tip). I have known this restaurant since it had opened originally on the north side of downtown Mount Prospect, by a gentleman named Henry (I believe he was from Taiwan). Several years later, he sold the restaurant to focus on his importing business. I come back to this place each year, and I am never disappointed. This place has the best Chinese food in the northwest suburbs! Keep up the good work!
