As a coffee enthusiast, I frequent this location at least twice a day. The service is consistently outstanding. I’ve never encountered long wait times or any problems with the staff. I highly recommend this place!

The wait times are also unacceptable—it's ridiculous to wait over 10 minutes with just three cars ahead of me. We're not talking about gourmet food here. On one occasion, I went to order only to find out that their espresso machine was out of order, with no sign to inform customers beforehand. The employee taking my order didn't mention the issue and instead shouted about the broken machine, leaving me unable to order half of the drinks on the menu. Today, they were out of eggs, which didn’t bother me too much, but it does make me think they should have the necessary ingredients for the items they advertise. I also find the practice of passing the card reader through the window to be a poor example of customer service—it feels unsafe, especially in terms of health risks. I wouldn’t mind the prices if they were reasonable, but they’re on par with Starbucks, which is another place I don't particularly recommend for coffee. Again, I rarely write reviews, but if the staff continues to be rude and lack basic courtesy, then it seems necessary to implement a system that minimizes human interaction altogether.

I ordered the cocoa latte with peppermint, and it's just as good, if not better, than the Starbucks peppermint mocha frappuccino. However, they did add a bit too much ice, which made the drink dilute faster than expected.

Got Bavarian cream filled donuts with chocolate on top and they are delicious

I really like the dark roast cold brew. Sometimes lines are very long so come prepared to wait. Overall good.
