Pizza Palast - Erpel

Have been waiting for 2 pizzas for over 1 1/2 hours. delivery time was 50 minutes service: delivery meal type: dinner

I've never been in my life in a restaurant with a 4-star rating so a meal was put on the table. for the fact that this is called locally as pizza palast, you should get back his money here. we were on the way through and had rely on the overall assessment. since we are here in the pizza palast, we have naturally ordered pizza. 1x pizza zaziki and once the pizza of the house. summarized: you take a deep-cooled pizza, then bake it too long until it is hard and finally comes on what was additionally desired. here we are no longer passing by. Hopefully we could help others traveling through not make the same mistake.

Unfortunately, for the most part a disappointment. forefront: the order was a Sunday evening and we had quite understood that the announced delivery time of 1 hour may not be completely worked. but: only after 2 hours, the food was whipped (running time is about 5 minutes). that was hot. of four spits was a ok (pizza,) a second straight still ok (dönerteller with tzatziki which was rather buttermilk and the meat very fat/oily). the third dish, baked döner, contained many pieces of fat and much cartilage- makes little joy, were forgotten about the contained pommes and instead there were no comment 3 corners brot. the fourth court was delivered wrong and also the replacement was unfortunately disappointing, noodles with tomato sauce extremely fat and nothing to find from the baked cheese. update: thanks for the fast and honest answer, we appreciate that!

Beautiful place was delicious, only the pommes could still need something. were too soft. I'll eat it.
