Friday's 1890 Seafood Bbq - Ernul

We went to here to have lunch. Had tried the fried catfish before and it was very good! We came back and were blown away. When we walked in, it smelled like a nasty smelling horrible nursing home. The carpet was sticky and apparently quite stained. The plastic tablecloth was sticky. We waited 55 mins. for lunch at 1:15, by 2:10 we had had it. They delivered our food which I refused and the meal that was ordered was not what we got. It was the nastiness, smell and overall environment was appalling! I would most definitely not recommend it.

BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE TO EAT. Recently took my whole family here to eat about a week ago. First off the place was empty and we got seated in the back of the restaurant. The old smell in that building is ridiculous. Second we order seafood and a sandwich and after an hour after leaving that place we became sick. Vomitting and severe diarrhea. When I called back and spoke with the manager was informed that they serve several pounds of seafood and no one has gotten sick before. Y'all let me tell you my son was up at 12:35 throwing up everything he ate at that place. Along with my wife and myself being sick. If I could rate this place a zero I would, not to mention I left my number and no one from that restaurant has reached back out to see if we are ok. I will never ever eat from here again and I advise anyone that chooses to eat from here PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Now watch and see after this review someone will comment from that place and offer for me to reach out about my experience.

I went to 1️⃣8️⃣9️⃣0️⃣ on 5/8 and I was impressed with the flavor of the food. I will definitely return back soon.The staff is friendly and leave you with a smile.

They have a senior and lunch menu. I ordered the flounder and shrimp It was cooked perfectly. The waiter was very good, attentive . Salad bar is very good with plenty of options. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed .
