Last two times, ordered large, received medium. Yesterday, three people ahead of me and sat in drive-thru for over 15 minutes. Left without the coffee because that's just too long of a wait for a cup of too expensive coffee. Three strikes in one week. I'm out.

Got a coffee, after informing them there was supposed to be whipped cream, they hand me a top filled with whipped cream for me to place on top of my coffee, since they were unable to take the coffee back. Coffee was bitter.

Treated myself to a birthday coffee and blueberry muffin (pro tip malice the top of the muffin fill with butter also add butter to the top of the muffin well you won’t be disappointed ?

Hash browns were undercooked, went back , then given burnt hash browns?

I ordered 3 ice coffees and got 2 hot coffees and 1 ice
