Has gone down hill. Waitress totally forgot about us and another table, food portion is way smaller than what it was, and I even ordered extra rice and it barely made a difference on the plate, but they definitely charged me the difference. Some of the staff were rude and others are really nice, so I'm at a neutral with this review. Overall, I don't think we will br coming again for a long time.... Last 10 visits have been disappointing at minimum. What used to be our usual is now just horrible. Taco Bell has better service and food than this place right now.... Especially for the price too.

Use to love this place. Came today and it sucked. Ask for white cheese sauce for the chips didn't get it till the meal came out. My beef burrito wasn't even luke warm. Ask for ranch for my fries never got it. No drink refills. Definitely will not be back.

I used to like this place a lot. Over past 3 years, it had been on a steady decline and I kept saying to myself, every place has their down days. After repeated visits looking for the upside, I haven't found one over the past 2 years. We have several Mexican restaurants to choose from in New Bern, and hands down I will not return to this one even for salsa to go. The hostesses are so unpleasant. Food is mediocre. Like other places now, they charge to use your credit card. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I feel bad leaving this review, but I also gave the place way too many chances and don't want to see people spend their hard earned money here.
