Caffetini Cafe - Ermington

I have seen the negative reviews as well as the good ones would like to add some balance. This cafe is under new management and were still going through the 'teething' stage when my friend and I visited for breakfast. We both had variations of poached eggs with accompaniments. Admittedly they were a little slow with the preparation and forgot to butter the toast, but the staff were friendly and were trying so hard, I simply have to give them another chance. I suppose the thing is to let them know if they don't meet your expectations, without being rude about it!

We spent three days in Sydney and all three breakfasts had in Caffetini. Food was very tasty and there was plenty to choose from. Also the staff was very friendly.

Really surprised by all the excellent feedback. Ive been here twice now over several months. First time I had a horrible pasta. Thought I'd try a sandwich this time. Pretty hard to go wrong with that. Anyone who knows how to put together a sandwich knows you always put the meat and the cheese below and on top of the sandwich to soak the tomato up so it doesn't make the bread go soggy. Not this place! I will not return due to when I asked the woman to do this, her reaction was to question when I'm eating it.

Lovely café tucked away a bit. Good service. Light and airy premises. Food is really tasty and well priced. Would go back.

Surprised to find this place full of people on a cool weekday afternoon.
