They offer overnight parking for a few trucks at the end of the street since it's a dead-end. Once I arrived in the morning, I was in and out in less than half an hour. The staff was very helpful with backing in. It's an excellent place to make a delivery.

For those who have never tried cured ham, it may come across as quite salty. The longer the ham is cured, the saltier it tends to be. However, once you learn how to work with this substantial piece of meat and bone, you’ll start to appreciate it even more. There are strategies to manage the saltiness; while it will still have a salty flavor, that’s part of the experience you'll come to enjoy. It adds a unique seasoning to dishes like Ham and Bean soup, Ham and Egg Omelets, Eggs Benedict, and many others. One ham will last a long time once it’s boiled or baked. Personally, I prefer boiling for long-cured ham, as it helps to reduce the saltiness. After cooking, it can be sliced or chopped for sandwiches, soups, and other meals, and can be frozen in portions for easy access later. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is to bake slices in a mixture of water and brown sugar, which beautifully balances the ham's saltiness—it's like ham candy! When I visited my cousin near Crescent Springs, Kentucky, I picked up my latest cured ham from Blue Grass Quality Meats. Trust me, I’ll definitely return for more.
