Kfc - ERINA

What a shame, the chips where not hot and they mixed up my order. The young men behind the counter did not even apologize for the mix up. I guess I wont go there again.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly and the food is delicious majority of the time tho I have had a few visits where the food was dripping

Zinger boxes are crazy burger are bomb.com gravy is abit mid chips are maculent

I visited this restaurant for a meal. I waited in line outside and noticed that there was a long line with no cars moving. I was curious about the delay, so I called the manager, Jess. She explained that the line had actually been moving quickly. I argued with her, calling her a liar because I could see the line from my car and it was not moving at all.

Dining at this KFC location consistently leaves customers feeling underwhelmed. The restaurant often feels cold, the customer service is lacking in enthusiasm, and the staff appear disinterested in their work. In addition to the lackluster atmosphere, the food portions are frequently small and items are often missing or not fully filled (i.e. popcorn chicken and fries).
