The “Sandwich Artists” here clearly couldn’t care less about their jobs much less the customers. Constantly bantering back and forth on the phone in a different language while half heartedly attempting to serve you, but clearly irritated at the fact that you’ve come into the restaurant.I understand it’s only a stepping stone job and you clearly don’t want to be doing it, but either go get a different job or shut down the store… it’s not the customer’s fault.They also close randomly an hour or two early before posted closing times, regularly.
The customer service at this restaurant is consistently poor, despite giving them multiple chances to improve.

I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to Subway. The staff member who served me at the counter had a bad attitude, which made the experience unpleasant. It was surprising to see that even customers who appeared to be regulars or higher-end were not treated any differently. While I understand that not all customers are the same, it's important for staff members to treat everyone with respect and provide quality customer service. The staff member's negative behavior could potentially turn away future customers and harm the reputation of the Subway chain. I suggest that Subway management take a closer look at the behavior of their staff and implement training or disciplinary measures to ensure that customers have a positive experience.
