Valerio's Italian - Erie

If you're not at least a foot taller, don't even bother trying to get noticed. Come on over to Valerio's for a big pizza.

I placed an order two weeks ago and waited for an hour and a half for delivery, only to receive a cold sub and pizza. I ordered again last night and specifically asked for my food to be hot. The server even made note of it on the slip. Unfortunately, my food arrived in the same amount of time as before and was cold once again. I am very disappointed because Valarios has always been my favorite restaurant since I was a child.

According to Google, 38th St is supposed to close at 11PM, but they actually close at 10PM.

Not sure why you would make chicken, bacon, RANCH pizza with regular pizza sauce but here we are. Apparently I should have somehow been more descriptive ?

I walked in to pickup my order and it was busy. I walked in behind a man named Jim. I was second in line. Someone walked in front of me to pay for a bottle of Pepsi. I told the older lady at the counter I was next. She looks at me very rudely and then tells me I cut in front of a lady who I watched walk out of the dining room. It was awful the way she and the dine in customer ganged up on me. I worked for the 32nd street location for years, and been a customer since they opened the first restaurant in Millcreek. This lady needs to learn manors. It just happened that the lady was someone she knew. So that is why she was on her side. It's just very upsetting that people get treated this way.
