Tim Hortons - Erie

Thankful for the wonderful workers that do their best to serve coffee and food.

Service at this location is spotty at best. Always seems to be undermanned and slow far too often. Definitely not worth the visit when compared to other Tim Hortons locations.

Delicious beverages and sweets! Sad that the counter people are always less than pleasant, not just this visit but every visit. Tim's need to train their employees better. 4-21-18 edit: took away a star. Employees are miserable.

Honey they Shrunk the bagels. Good service but bagel was tiny and low quality dough. Used to be a Tim's bagel was great...now like a cheap supermarket brand

DO NOT GO INTO LOBBY!!! Staff prioritize drive thru and only have one person working up front. Order taken and we waited 25 minutes to be given food and was informed they didn't have part of what we ordered after that 25 minutes. 6 employees working the drive thru watched 10 people come into the lobby and then leave as their orders were not taken after 15 minutes. You are better off waiting the half hour in the drive thru or going to another location with good service on 12th Street.
