The Que came through for my wedding!!! Never have I ever had so many people compliment me on my food choice for an event I've hosted. Tim and his staff are the easiest people to get along with! They came to my venue, set up, and kept up on restocking the food as needed. I had done a buffet style dinner with brisket, pulled pork, smoked corn, and macaroni and cheese. I swear we wouldn't have had any leftovers if it wasn't so hot yesterday. I'm not mad we do though! Highly recommend Tim and his staff for all your catering needs.

The Pastrami Reuben might be one of the best things I have ever eaten! It 's not on the regular menu, so when you see it be sure to order two. As far as regular offerings, my favorite meal is the Little Urban Acheesers with double pulled pork, drenched in mango habanero BBQ sauce.
