I started with the She-Crab-Bisque, and it was amazing. I ordered the darkened marlin (daily catch) and it brought me back to my days in n. palm beach, who lived on the street of the famous atlantic seafood co., as excellent fresh seafood was a weekly event. the rest of our group was very satisfied with their selections of filet mignon, huhn and salat. You might want this hidden gem another game. like us, they can be pleasantly surprised and you can't beat them out of sight.
Salads were smaller and not as well made as described, but were good. The burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The raspberry teas was very good. The outdoor patio was beautiful, and the live entertainment was great. ????
This restaurant is a fun spot located right on the harbor. We really enjoyed the delicious clam chowder and well-seasoned halibut (the catch of the day when we visited). While the wine and beer menu is a bit limited, they have a great selection of daiquiris and mixed drinks. Unfortunately, the patio was closed when we visited at the end of the season, but we would definitely return to sit by the water!
I tried the fresh catch of the day, which was halibut, and it was delicious. It was my first time trying halibut and I was very impressed. Unfortunately, I lost the picture of my dinner, but the dessert was also very good.
During our journey home, we decided to have lunch at Smuggler's Wharf in Erie, PA. Situated by East Dobbins Landing on the shores of Lake Erie, Smuggler's Wharf offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant's greenery-covered roof creates a magical garden-like ambiance. The tropical-themed eatery is a charming spot with delicious food. After our meal, we strolled along the pier beside the restaurant to observe the ducks. Our leftover food, originally meant to be taken home, ended up being enjoyed by the ducks. Judging by their behavior, it seems we were not the first to offer them a snack.
