Didn't stay long. Bought a bagel and cream cheese. Staff was somewhat friendly, bagel was good (very lightly toasted, not enough for me because she turned the speed up to get it through faster) and the atmosphere was kinda cool temperature-wise.Food: 4/5
My wife and I used to get panera once a week as a healthy option on nights we didn't have time to make dinner. We stopped going to Panera because it was getting more expensive and it seemed like every order was not made properly. We decided to stop at this panera because they usually get our orders correct. Today was different. We both ordered green goddess cobb salads. The first problem was the lettuce was brown and didn't look good (i alnost took a picture). I wish i would've looked at them before we left. Were 10 minutes away and it wasn't worth turning around. Problem! 2 salads were in consistent. My wife asked for both to have arugala and not regualr lettuce 3. The salads were both missing avacado which i guess makes it more consistent because both didn't have it. All in all. We still enjoy panera on occasion but too many issues like this will keep us away for a while.
I ordered a Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich I cost r almost $8.00. There were no almonds in it, and they put about a teaspoon of chicken salad in the bread. That brings it almost to the price of silver per once!I complained to the manager and she told me she couldn't do anything about it because I already ate it. I had to at that price. But believe me....it did not fill me upI called the company. They took my complaint and blew me off alsoI wlll i never visit Panera again.
