Panera Bread - Erie

I put an order online when I came to pick up, there was nothing. I met Marcus and asked for my order. Nothing could be found and my phone decided not to cooperate. I started crying as it was a very emotional time with my sick mother, etc. Marcus ran back, made my order and asked no questions. I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, care and professionalism. He saved the day for this very disturbed lady. Marcus is an absolute jewel. Thank you for your goodness.

Very clean and cool location. The drinks were good and the food was served quickly. There were no problems with eating at all.

It took a short break for a dinner on the way to Cleveland. This place was empty on a Friday night. Service was good and helpful. The food was good. Order of pick two 1) Chicken Caesar Salat and 2) Tuscan chicken sandwich. You were good, except the sandwich was a little simple. Overall, it was a good break.

I know it's going to be expensive nowadays to eat, but if you go to eat this place is a good choice. Good prices and decent sizes

Very expensive and quality wasn't that great soup was cold. It shouldn't cost 18.00 for soup salad n drink! Won't bback
