Moe's Southwest Grill - Erie

On this particular occasion, our server was a wonderful young man named Jesse (I hope I spelled that correctly). We enjoyed our delicious meal prepared by the professional kitchen staff, and as we were leaving, I accidentally dropped my wallet containing $300. Jesse found my wallet and promptly took it to his manager, ensuring that all my money and credit cards were returned to me. I believe he truly deserves recognition, perhaps an increase and even Employee of the Month. He is a tremendous asset to Moe's on Pittsburgh Avenue. Thank you, Jesse! I truly wish I could have given you more.

The staff at this restaurant on West 12th Street in Erie, PA, are incredibly professional, providing excellent customer service from the moment I arrived until I left. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience, which is refreshing in today's service industry. The manager even personally checked in to see how my visit was going. As an entrepreneur, I would be proud to have such a dedicated team. Kaleb was especially attentive, making sure my meal was fresh and was very friendly throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the establishment also met my high standards, which is impressive. Great job, everyone! Thank you!

As of the date of this review, the staff is entirely focused on business, which is a positive aspect. Orders are consistently accurate and processed quickly, allowing customers to be in, through the line, and either seated or out the door in under ten minutes, depending on the queue. While I'd love to see a more engaging experience, the efficiency of the service is commendable. The menu selection is always impressive, making it a superior alternative to Chipotle. The queso is absolutely fantastic, and the chips are complimentary!
