Several new hires were working without proper training for their roles. Instead of assisting where needed, the manager focused on just one task. Fortunately, a more experienced staff member, who was not a manager, took the initiative to expedite the process. Without his help, the lobby would have been filled with people waiting for over an hour. I plan to return and offer a more positive review when the service improves. I hope the manager can step up as a leader and guide the new employees in their roles.
On a positive note, the restaurant appeared clean, and I appreciated that the cashier was diligent about washing their hands. As for the food, the crispy chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy were hot and delicious. However, the biscuit was hard and not enjoyable at all, which was a big letdown. Overall, I would suggest using the drive-thru for a quicker experience.
The food was quite good, but my order was incorrect. I’m not sure why they can’t get it right. I didn’t receive all my items, and after calling back, they placed my name on a list to receive the correct items I was supposed to have. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I might have to consider going somewhere else instead of KFC. Danno, signing off.
I love this KFC, the food is always great and the staff is very kind, it does take a bit but when you get your food it?s absolutely delicious!
Staff is very nice but I ordered the 3 piece meal and got the tiniest pieces of chicken you can imagine.
