Chipotle Mexican Grill - Erie

The personal is very unfriendly and uninterested in what they did, made hardly any eye contact. not a worker smiled all the time when we were there. tried her new steak. the seasoning is tasteful, but the meat was crispy and I couldn't chew much. total very disappointing eating and experience, and paid almost $30 for two dishes!

I shouldn't even give you a star. I don't know what happened, but lately it's how it goes, we buy our eating barely any meat, and my friend got and paid for a burrito, but of course not, but for the bowl, tried to complain, but didn't let us. we wasted $40.

Dirty almost food place I've ever seen, muddy, overflowing, dirty runs everywhere, line workers wear airpods, and not even acknowledge, moose that enter, crazy, who runs this place? so sad

I don't write any negative reviews in the rule because I understand how every business is fighting. but this place is quite rough nowadays. the line literally takes about 30 times 45 minutes to go through low staff. So I'd be clear about this place if they're in a hurry. if they order online 30 minutes about their pick-up time, then it will be ready. it always goes after. I really hope they can hire new workers because these poor workers are driving their backs, but there is only so much they can do.

I ordered online and it's my birthday and they freaking missed 1/2 of what was in my burrito bowl. And I had to take my lunch break to pick it up, as none my friends who paid for it and also ordered were still busy with work, and the delivery service wasn't allowing us to order on the app. And when I called to correct it the automated system wouldn't let me get through to the manager. And the online system is a joke. Like my friends were trying to be nice by paying for my lunch but thanks chipotle for ruining a birthday lunch.
