Four Seasons - Erewash

This Chinese takeout is excellent. My partner has ordered from this place several times since we moved to Ockbrook and we have never been disappointed! The food is always delicious and piping hot when we pick it up. The woman working behind the counter is very friendly and has great customer service skills. I am very impressed by my experience with this takeaway.

This restaurant serves the best Chinese fare in Derby. The Black Pepper Chicken is the best I've ever tasted. The Chicken Mushroom Fried Rice is delicious, as well as the Chow Mein.

Ever since we moved to Borrowash about 10 years ago, we have been frequenting this restaurant. We have never had any issues except for one time, but they remedied the situation by providing us with a free meal on our next visit, which we felt was fair. The portion sizes are always generous, every dish on the menu is delicious, and the meat dishes are always loaded with meat. The staff is always quick on their feet and the phone is constantly ringing, making it difficult to express to them how much we enjoy the food. I am surprised that so many people have complained when my family and I have been very happy with this restaurant for the past 10 years. We always say that this is the only Chinese restaurant we would go to, as others simply do not compare to Four Seasons. I know it's convenient to order from home and have it delivered, but visiting the restaurant and seeing how busy they are is a different experience. Perhaps they have expanded their delivery area to accommodate more customers? The pandemic has made it difficult for food shops and restaurants, but I prefer to walk in and pick up my order to enjoy the delicious smells of the food being prepared. Thank you, Four Seasons, for always making us happy with your delicious food.

Been coming here for years now, by the far the best quality Cantonese food I've had in the UK. The portion sizes are large and meat dishes come with a lot of meat in them unlike others. The food they produce is amazing, I not sure why people has said they have had tasteless meals because in 12 years of coming here we only had issue with 1 meal. I'm sure if I asked they would show me how they do some meals if they had time, take your time to thank them for their nice food when you get it. They appreciate it and it makes them happy, like their food makes you happy.
