Tavern The Grey Bear - Eptalofos

I will describe to you exactly what I faced with this particular tavern, after a three-hour journey from Piraeus we arrived tired and hungry in the beautiful Agoriani, right across from our hotel there is a shop with local products that introduced us to this particular tavern for its beautiful dishes , we enter with a smile me and my wife and we see an almost empty restaurant with only two groups eating, all the other tables were empty, the tables around the windows were of 4 people and more, there was only one table for two people in the middle of the place, an employee comes with a smile and asks us how many people we are, we told him two and he showed us that we have the only option to sit at the small table, when we asked him to sit at one of the empty tables nearby at the windows he told us that unfortunately these tables are for large groups, I can't understand the logic of these professionals, since you have an empty store and you see a couple entering your store instead of serving them so as not to lose them you do everything to drive them away in your own way, and who does this gentleman know if next time I won't come with my whole family to his shop, anyway because I tired you we got up and left and went to another shop in which we were very satisfied with the behavior of the employees and the service.... I'm sorry that this is how they lose their customers and earn negative reviews.

I had more than 15 or 20 years to visit the tavern. Food was just fantastic as it used to be if you like mushrooms. Recommendation to the owner. Do not overplay the French dishes or recipes. We are in Agoriani and we expect nothing more than traditional Greek food. If anyone visiting Agoriani for French cuisine est completement fou. On the other hand please keep it simple with the reservations. Service: Dine in

Very very nice shop. The food and wine were delicious. The service is also very good! Amazing orange pie for a treat.
