Przekaż informację zwrotnąOrdered dinner at 7.45pm on a Thursday online. After an hour and 20 minutes it hadn 't arrived so I called to enquire. I was lied to and told it would be 5-10 minutes (and no apology). Another 20 minutes passed so I called and got told they 'forgot ' to cook my order...but would send me some chicken wings to say 'sorry ' which presumably I was meant to eat at 10.15pm at night with the rest of my dinner! Food arrived cold, and all in all a really irritating experience.
Over 2 hours to turn up and when it did the driver told us it was more than it should of been, rang the restaurant to be told the driver would bring back the extra money he took, only to have him argue and say no he added up the bill on his phone! Disgusting I won't be ordering again rubbish!

Our order was 45 mins over time expected. The side mayo was very disappointing with amount provided and the cheese was also disappointing. The chips were cold. The food was great the last time I went into the restaurant. Take away really let them down.
Lovely food and really hot just had a little bit of trouble finding the house and not enough change
